Our vision is to ensure that public health information is accessible, understood, and used by all. We accomplish this by leading the development of innovative modern solutions to health communication, education, and knowledge translation.
Evidence-based research can often take decades before it is used to inform best practices or implemented for population-level benefits. This sizable gap indicates there is a need for more robust and innovative approaches leveraging a variety of tools and mediums.
The short answer is everyone, but more specifically, we work with government, non-governmental organizations, researchers, pharmaceuticals, clinicians, and a variety of other practitioners. Leveraging innovative knowledge mobilization strategies ensures that research findings can be used to inform decision-making and the implementation of real-world interventions, programs, and services as soon as the knowledge becomes available.
